OUR HISTORY

 

 

     Lloyd and Audra gave birth to 713 CSO in October of 2009.  They have over 20 combined years of serving families in the public and private sectors. Lloyd is a 20 year veteran with the Houston Police Department in the Juvenile Division and Audra has taught in the private and public school system for 8 yrs. Their ministry grew from Lloyd’s passion of wanting to assist disadvantaged families in the underserved communities.
